Villa Bali Villa Sumbawa
The Villas are situated in a 9000 m² sized garden surroundet by rice fields, just 600m walk to the sea and beach.
The spacious living areas (Villa Bali 170 m² and Villa Sumbawa 110 m²) including suite-sized bedrooms with adjoining bathrooms and seperated, fully equiped modern kitchens.
The Country Villas were built with traditional thatch roofs. The traditional thatch provides natural insulation against the sun.
Also, from an ecological perspective, a thatch roof is much more environmental friendly, because there is no wood consumption for burning tiles.
As you can see, the houses are wide open both sides, so there is always a fresh breeze from the sea to cool the rooms .
For construction of the Villa Bali we used exclusively coconut wood, which was grown in the surrounding Kuta area.
Villa Sumbawa is a construction of an over 150 years old teak house (reconstructed 2014).
